Guided woodland walks and overnight reset weekends for anyone who's been running on empty for a while. No tents to pitch alone, no pace to keep up with — just the woods, good company, and space to breathe.
Small groups, always. Never more than 8 on an overnight weekend.
I'm a qualified teacher and outdoor leader with a Masters in Art, and for a long time I watched people arrive at the woodland edge wound tight — and leave two hours later a little softer, a little slower, a little more like themselves. That shift is the whole point of what we do here.
There's no agenda beyond time outdoors, slower moments, good company, and space without expectation. That's it. That's the offer.

Both are gentle, small, and led by nature's pace rather than a schedule's.
A slower kind of walk. We move at the pace of noticing — the way light falls through beech leaves, the smell of damp earth after rain — with no pressure to keep pace or make conversation.
An overnight camping weekend near Petersfield, Hampshire — guided walks, campfire meals, restorative yoga, and proper rest under the trees. Everything is set up for you; you just need to arrive.
Two nights in the South Downs, built around autumn's own rhythm — slower light, cooler air, woodsmoke drifting between the trees. A woodland walk and a campfire dinner on Saturday; breathwork, restorative yoga, and an unhurried day of printmaking using the woodland itself as material on Sunday, no art experience needed, just curiosity.
Meals, warm drinks, and all camping gear are included — you won't carry anything but a small day bag, and yes, it'll be warm enough. Just eight places, so it stays personal.

Slow, creative days spent making things with what the woods give you — sketching, printmaking, natural materials, unhurried hands. No experience or "talent" required, just curiosity. Comes from my own background as an artist with a Masters in Art — it's where a lot of this started for me.
Want a first taste? There's a full day of it built into the Autumn Reset Weekend this October.

No boot camp energy. No proving anything. Just outdoor time that's kind to your nervous system.
Never a big group. You'll be seen, not lost in a crowd of strangers.
There's a loose shape to the day, but the woods set the pace — not an itinerary.
Yes, very much so. Most people arrive solo and leave having made a few gentle new connections — though there's no obligation to be sociable if that's not what you need that day.
Not at all. Everything is designed to be accessible and moderate. If you can walk comfortably for a while and pause when you need to, you're well suited to this.
Completely okay, and common. Beginner campers are genuinely welcome, and all the gear and know-how is provided. You just need to show up.
That's completely welcome. There's no expectation to perform enthusiasm or make conversation. Quiet participation is a normal, respected way to take part.
